Hardfloor Restoration Returns & Refunds Policy

At Hardfloor Restoration, we take pride in manufacturing high-quality stone care and sealing products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a hassle-free returns process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return your item(s) if:

✅ The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
✅ The product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon arrival.

🔹 If your product is damaged or faulty, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@hardfloorrestoration.co.uk with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

🔹 Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.


2. How to Return an Item

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

🚚 Return shipping costs: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If you are returning a faulty product, we will issue a prepaid return label upon request.


3. Refunds & Processing Time

🔹 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
🔹 Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we have made an error.
